Brett R. Parkinson

Upon graduating from law school, Brett moved to Salt Lake City and clerked for two federal judges before beginning work as an Assistant United States Attorney. While working as a federal prosecutor, Brett was able to develop his trial skills.

After six years at the United States Attorney’s Office, Brett began his career working on behalf of individuals injured as a result of other’s negligence. Brett enjoys getting to know his clients and helping them receive compensation for their injuries.

Brett is a graduate BYU (B.S. Finance) and the California Western School of Law in San Diego where he received his law degree (magna cum laude).

When Brett is not at work, he fills his days with his family (wife and six kids) at the beach or otherwise outside enjoying what life has to offer.
