Daniel Passmore is trial lawyer at Jackson & Parkinson. Dan represents people who have been injured by the negligence of others. He takes pride in getting injured individuals the help they need and compensation for their injuries.
Prior to joining the firm, Dan worked in tax law, assisting taxpayers who were being pursued by the IRS or state tax agencies. Dan has also been a full-time professor at multiple universities. He is admitted to practice in the state of California and is a member of the State Bar of California and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Dan earned his Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While attending law school, he served as the Co-Chair of the Moot Court Team and competed in competitions across the country. He was recognized for his outstanding oral advocacy and legal writing. Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Communications from Brigham Young University. Dan is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
